Step outside and enjoy your private dock, kayaks, cornhole, gas grill, and wood-burning fire pit, all included at no additional charge. The property also features a shallow walk-out wading area with a small beach, perfect for families with children, relaxing by the water, and launching kayaks. Deeper water begins approximately 50 feet from the shoreline.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Lake Martin is at summer pool from approximately April through October, providing full water access for swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, and enjoying the dock.

From November through March, lake levels are seasonally lowered by Alabama Power. Water access is more limited during this time, but the creek remains accessible for year-round kayaking.

Please keep in mind that this is a naturally shallow section of the creek. During summer pool, the water is approximately **3 feet deep at the dock**, and diving from the dock is not permitted.

If bringing a boat, please use caution when navigating the creek. Stay to the far left when entering and the far right when leaving, where the water is deepest. Always follow the buoys in the area, as they indicate shallow-water zones.
