Enjoy everything this peaceful waterfront retreat has to offer, including a private dock, kayaks, cornhole, gas grill, and fire pit, all included with your stay at no additional charge. The single-level home sits on a flat waterfront lot with plenty of space to relax, play games, grill, enjoy the views, and spend time outdoors.

WATERFRONT & DOCK
The property has full water access from April through October during summer pool, when the dock can be used for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, kayaking, and boating. During the winter months, November through March, Lake Martin water levels are lowered as part of the seasonal management of the lake. During this period, the water at the dock recedes to a creek, and boats cannot be docked. Kayaks can still be enjoyed in the creek year-round.

The water is naturally shallow in this area, reaching approximately 4 feet at the dock during full pool. Diving from the dock is not permitted. If bringing a boat during summer pool, please stay to the far left when entering the creek and far right when leaving, as these areas provide the deepest route. Please also follow all buoys, which mark shallow-water areas.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire single-level home, waterfront lot, private dock, and outdoor spaces throughout their stay. Enjoy plenty of room to spread out, take in the water views, grill, play games, relax by the fire pit, or spend the day on the lake.

EXPLORE LAKE MARTIN
Located just minutes from Lakeside Marina at Bay Pines, Peanut Island, Big Beach, Historic Smith Mountain, and DARE Park, this property puts you close to some of Lake Martin's favorite attractions. Auburn is approximately 30 minutes away, Montgomery 45 minutes, Birmingham 1½ hours, and Atlanta about 2 hours.

Lake Martin spans approximately 44,000 acres and offers endless opportunities for boating, fishing, kayaking, hiking, and exploring. Bring your own boat or rent a boat or wave runner nearby, enjoy local restaurants and live music, or check out concerts and festivals throughout the year.
